My little Molly will be 2 years old. She has become a little girl.. with so much love, attitude, personality, creativity & imagination... She amazes me more every day.. and often makes me just giggle (even when I shouldn't) But it seems like it happened overnight. Where did my baby go??

6 months and 4 days.. That is how long it has been since I brought Molly home. As quickly as the time has passed.. It feels as though I have always had her. I just love to watch her play.. She is amazing. She is so smart & funny.. So full of love & life. Mom & I took her on a trip to Mexico last week. We came home EXHAUSTED from chasing her around.... but the little girl had a wonderful time.

Well, Thanksgiving is going to be really special this year!! Why??? Because that is the day that Mom & I will be flying home with Molly!! We are leaving for Guatemala VERY VERY early Friday morning (A 5:40AM flight). On Monday I got word that the DNA results were in & it was a positive match!! YEAH!!! This means that I can go visit her now. So I am doing just that! Mom & I are getting on a plane in the morning & going to Guatemala. On Thursday at 4:30pm they will bring her to me for our visit. I am going to hold my baby girl!!!! Good news!!! Last week I was informed that the Honduran documents we have been waiting for have made it to Guatemala. The agency relayed the message from my lawyer in Guatemala that he hope to get authorization from the US Embassy to do the DNA testing. My paperwork has also FINALLY been submitted to the Guatemalan Family Court. The usual time in this court system is approximately 8-12 weeks.
